The University Library offers the following Information Literacy services:
- Sessions, held in the Library or elsewhere on campus, focusing on specific course assignments or specific information sources such as the Library's online catalog, our databases, or the World Wide Web. (see our online Course Research Guides)
- Appointments for research assistance with a librarian
- Assistance with creating research assignments for academic courses

- Assistance with integration of information competencies into academic department degree competencies
- Online guides based on specific types of research, e.g., finding literary criticism, biographical information, or industry and company information
