Photographic Reproduction
~The Archivist can authorize photographic reproduction for selected photos, therefore request should be submitted directly to the Archivist.
~In addition, photographic reproductions of materials are not to be further reproduced without prior written permission from the Library Director.
~Originals are hand-carried to a Photo Shop by the on duty staff.
~Researchers are billed for the reproduction cost, plus 30%, for the service. All negatives of photographs are retained by the library.
~Arrangements for mailing or picking up reproductions are made with the on duty staff.
~Payment is due when the researcher receives the reproductions.
Audio-Visual Duplication
~Researchers are charged at cost, plus 30%, for the duplication of audio or video tapes. This duplication request must be done in accordance with copyright guidelines.
