Who has the Check-out privileges?

• ASU faculty, staff, and students with valid pictures ID cards.
• Patrons from Montgomery Higher Education Consortium Institutions with valid ID cards and current consortium stickers.

Maximum number of check out items

• Undergraduates --- 15 items
• Graduates and staff --- 25 items
• Faculty --- 30 items

Check-out Periods

• Regular circulating materials can be checked out for a twenty eight (28) day loan period.
• Reserve materials can be checked out for two (2) hours.

How to renew checked out items?

• Charged items can be renewed by logging in the patron account in Library Catalog at www.lib.alasu.edu
• Call the circulation department at 334-604-9093 or come to the library to request the renewal.
• Overdue items are not allowed to be renewed.
• Recalled items are not allowed to be renewed.
